Israel, it's now or never. The former United States envoy to the UN warned on Monday that if Iran's nuclear facility in Bushehr, which is set to be unveiled in little more than a week, isn't destroyed soon it should never be attacked.

"Israel's got a problem, because once the fuel rods are inserted into the reactor, an attack ... would almost certainly release the radiation into the atmosphere," John Bolton said on Fox Business.

"If they were going to do anything militarily about Bushehr, they've only got a few days," he said.

Iran announced that the long-in-development nuclear power reactor will go online Aug. 21, thanks to help from Russia, when a shipment of nuclear fuel will be loaded into its core.

"So if Israel is going to do anything against Bushehr," Bolton warned, "it has to move in the next eight days."

However, the sharp-tongued former diplomat noted that Israel was unlikely going to act, chiefly because there are numerous other nuclear sites that would also need to be attacked. Israel would have to hit them all at once, since launching multiple attacks over the course of several days or weeks would be far more difficult.

Iran has already warned that any such attack by Israel would be met with the swiftest response.

"In that case we will lose a power plant, but Israel's existence will be in danger," Iran's defense minister Ahmad Vahidi is quoted as saying by the state-run Mehr news agency.

The Foreign Ministry's spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast, said Tuesday he "doubts" that Israel would "make such a dangerous move."

"Any aggression against this power plant will result in a serious reaction," he said.

Bolton, in language often used during the Bush administration, stressed that Iran's nuclear program has gone much further than it should have been allowed to, and that sanctions alone are "failing."

Iran has taken "steps to mitigate the effect" of the sanctions, he said. And "even if the sanctions - the U.S. sanctions, the European sanctions - are imposing some extra cost on Iran, some extra economic burden, it's not nearly enough to stop Iran from continuing to pursue nuclear weapons."

He stressed that the Bushehr nuclear power plant marks a "major, major plus for the Iranian weapons program," as they could obtain material from it to make nuclear weapons.

"Iran is on the verge of achieving something that Saddam Hussein was not able to achieve," Bolton said, "and that's getting a second route to nuclear weapons. It's a very, very significant step forward for the Iranian nuclear program."

Bolton served as envoy to the UN under President George W. Bush - despite being extremely critical of the international organization - for little more than a year, but left in December 2006 when he failed to be confirmed by the Senate.

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Rule 1 : Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world doesn't care about your Self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6 : If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault , so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7 : Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8 : Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9 : Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10 : Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11 : Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

I don't care where the Muslims build their mosques.  If they bought the property, then property rights say they can do with it what they want to.  What I think is the tragedy is that this country, founded on Christian principles and the Christian religion, has gotten to the point where Muslims can even build mosques here.

Time moving too quick

Then too slow

The room spinning out of control

Looking around

No anchor to be found

I need to get a grip

Standing tall

My feet slipping

Lifting up my hands

But I never surrender

I look high to the hills

Where the strength comes from

One step towards the light, feet shaky

Closer still the ground hardens

Each step more solid than the last

Hands outstretched

I reach out and fall but…

Thankfully, You have me in your grip.

US arms sales aimed at countering Iran
Sun Aug 15, 2010 4:13PM
The United States has approved a long list of arms sales to friendly Arab countries in the Persian Gulf aimed at countering Iran's growing influence in the region.

The unprecedented sales could reach over $60 billion in pending deals with Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, reported the Israeli daily The Jerusalem Post on its website.

The largest deal is the possible sale of 82 F-15 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia for $30 billion, the paper added.

The deal has caused some concern in Tel Aviv which is reportedly in talks with the Obama administration regarding its commitment to retain Tel Aviv's qualitative military edge in the region.

For another $30 billion, the Saudis are also interested in purchasing as many as 60 Apache attack helicopters, The Jerusalem Post further wrote.

Another deal, announced over the past week, is the possible sale of the latest Patriot missile defense system to Kuwait for $900 million. The proposed deal would include the sale of 209 missiles.

The Zionist regime of Israel is also looking to upgrade its Patriot systems and has held talks with the US about the possible sale of the latest version called the PAC-3.

The Pentagon also notified the US Congress earlier this month about the possible sale of 18 F- 16 fighter jets to Oman for an estimated $3.5 billion.

Oman is one of the countries in the Persian Gulf which maintains strong ties with both Iran and the US. The Pentagon's approval of the deal is seen as an effort to bolster American influence in the country.

Kuwait is also looking to improve its air force and has reportedly expressed interest in purchasing Boeing's new stealthy F-15 Silent Eagle version. At the same time, Kuwait is augmenting its mid-air refueling capability and is seeking around 10 new tanker aircraft from the US.

In his recent visit to Washington DC, Defense Minister Ehud Barak discussed the pending sale of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) to Israel.

Under the pending deal, Israel will receive approximately 20 of the stealth fighter jets starting in 2015.

Well, I think this is the weirdest reoccurring dream that I’ve got. I just woke up and feeling so stupid… hahaha… Well, this is not the first time I encountered this weird dream.

Alright, here’s the chronology.

It was a war. Everyone was hiding in my house because there was a battle ship bombing the city. I still remember the light of the missing that looked light shooting stars. It was so clear. I was hiding inside too.

Just then, after a while, a policewoman came in to collect out mobile phones. Now, I’m wondering… Why did she wanna collect out mobile phone? But in the dream, I was so sentimental. I also didn’t know why. She just asked me to put mmy phone in the basket and attached it with a piece of paper written my name, but I attached it with a poem =_+’

Well, I still remember everyone was rushing into a bus while I was still busy writing my poem. In the end, I wasn’t on time to give away my phone. And my family and I did not get into the bus either. We just got into our car. I still remember the tension of that moment. Everyone was rushing and I was choosing my shoes… Duh… I hope this doesn’t happen to me during a real war.. Well, I hope there’s no war ><

Okay, too bad I am not the driver again… I don’t understand why am always not the driver in any dangerous scenes in my dream! Well, by the way, here’s the weirdest part.

So we drove off from the house. I thought we were going to hide in somewhere safer… guess what, we landed on a shopping centre… and people were still shopping happily.I remember my father asked my mum.

“Five minutes enough for you to shop?” he said.

Duh, shopping during the time of war? I still remember what I was wearing. I was wearing a black suit. Looked kinda cute… hahahahahahaa… lame =_+’. Funny because I have never and dislike wearing suit.

Anyway, my dream ended with a ring from the real world. Yeah, a phone call…=_+’

Hahaha… nice journey, though… By the way, back to reality. I have got my new number plate…

Question 5
Was rejecting Ozil a mistake by Barca....?...  .... he was waiting for Pep's call and two days after Pep said he doesn't want him he signed for Real Madrid. Will this decision hunt us???

Q2: Ozil is not better than CR, Kaka, VDV or Xabi.... even Di Maria is maybe better than him so where will he play (if he'll even play)???? A LB maybe....
@soccerboi... no offense but people that say Ozil is overrated don't know much about football. When he signed for Werder 2 years ago he was represented as a big future star, he was highly rated in Germany long before the WC, I can't believe that eople didn't know about him before the WC. I've been watching him in Werder for the last two seasons and it was only a matter of time when would he sign for a big club, I always tought he will end up in Bayern but WC helped him to get even better options. Ozil, Muller, Kroos, Marin, Badstuber, Neuer, Tasci, Boateng etc are next German generation and you can't be overrated if you play for GERMAN NT.

Answers
1)   I don't think it was a bad decision and I don't think we can have them all... Knowing our scouts, we'll find the next great one soon enough... - ÐÛߥÄ

2)   it was very wrong lol jk, well we don't need more players.

BQ: He'll be a bench warmer :( - Midna

3)   No.

Q2: Good decision for Real Madrid fans because they couldn't wait on Kaka. Bad decision for Ozil because Real Madrid will use him terribly, which could end his career. There is no way Ozil will play over Kaka. When Kaka comes back, Ozil will definitely be a bench warmer. He should go to either Manchester United or Chelsea rather than Real Madrid. - antiphon

4)   Nah Barca had just signed Villa they can't afford it.

Q2: The bench. He'll be warming that bench - Resurected from Beyond the Grave

5)   I don't htink he's better then Xabi, but right now Kaka isn't showing his A game, and Ozil is better then him. He can add some of his unique style into the game. - Amanda. Que GolazO !

6)   Yes it was, totally ! Now Ozil is going to Real Madrid, where he's going to be alongside players like Ronaldo, Ramos, Xabi, Benzema, Higuain, Casillas and etc. And under the management of Mourinho, Real Madrid is going to be deadly this season. I think Pep Gardiola 's gonna regret this, he must have not been paying close attention to the young German 's performance in the World Cup. - Davidinho 95

7)   Yeah, specially since Cesc will never go to Barcelona, MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Screw Barcelona and Madrid. - grrdsantana

8)   Why do some people even talk about the game when they know sh!t about it?

Ozil is OVERRATED wheter you like it or not. he wasn't even the best in Germany during the World Cup so why do some people even pay attention to the prick? He will warm Real Madrid's bench!! There is NO WAY Ozil is or will be better than Kaka not even if Kaka is not showing game A to Z! - soccerboi

9)   Ohhh now you're saying Pep rejected Ozil transfer...ohhhh Ozil was waiting for Pep's call...but somehow I heard all of you Barca fans were saying like he was with Barca already and all of you were seem to be so happy about it. Funny thing is that Ozil never said his dream was anything about Barca...He said it was his dream to play for such a greatest club like Real Madrid. Please don't make $h!t up. All of you Barca fans are good at making $h!t up but guess what, Real Madrid will take all this season. Are you all ready to see messy and pep tear?? - Messi sucks!!!!

10)   Now Barcelona can go after Ganso or Pastore... I rate Pastore highly, just because he plays for Palermo means he goes unnoticed.

I think Ozil could've been a great signing. - La Pulga- Bye Rafa! =[
