This is a documentary on the wisest King that ever lived on the earth, King Solomon!! It depicts the life of Solomon and His rise and fall from the thrown in Israel!

Solomon is the son of David and Bathsheba! He's well known for His wisdom given to Him by God and wise actions in discovering who the original mother of the child was, in the case of the stolen baby presented before him!

He was the builder of the first Temple in Jerusalem and had great accumulated wealth with 700 wives and 300 concubines!

His love for the opposite sex resulted in him marrying women from other religions which induced him into Idolatry or the worship of false gods!

King Solomon is one of the greatest Kings that ever lived! It's quite intriguing and suspenseful to chronicle his life, legendary Kingship and rule over Israel as outlined in this doc.

This documentary was originally broadcast by A&E in 1994 and then rebroadcast by The Discovery Channel and BBC in 2003!
