the creepy old border collie "rescuer"/ breeder is in trouble again. after his operation was raided last september, he was found guilty of animal cruelty and placed on probation for 2 years. for some insane reason, he was allowed to keep 4 dogs and now less than one year later, he is up to 20 dogs and puppies and peddling again. sucks to be you richard. last month, tennessee beefed their animal cruelty laws and now this pervert could do 3 years in prison. he looks good in prison orange, doesn't he?
