pandora-esqe thing

So I saw this thing on Lauren's blog where she put her iPod on shuffle and said what 20 songs reminded her of. The little kid who's in my brain was like "I WANNA DO THAT!" but then the annoying-older-sibling-brain-voice was like "You idiot, we don't have an iPod." But my little kid voice really REALLY wanted to play this silly game. So it was like.... "I'll do songs I've heard on my pandora." and sibling was like "Whatever...." So here goes....

1 - Bicycle Race - Queen - As funny as it is this song reminds me of my english teacher because I randomly sung this in his class once and he sang another part. It was super funny. It also reminds me of my niece Tiffany cuz we sung this song when we were riding bikes a week or two ago.... we need to do that again.

2 - Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen - I STINKIN' LOVE THIS SONG! Sorry. This song reminds me of a lot of things..... but mostly my brother JD. We went on this kick where we would sing this song. Then he called us (me and my mommy) and told us to turn on the radio to a certain station in the car and it turned out since we were so close in the cars on the highway we could hear his iPod. So he played this song for me. It was super awesome. I can't believe they played two Queen songs in a row.... not a bad thing.... AT ALL. Galileo Galileo!!

3 - If You're Wondering If I Want You to - Weezer - Ivy Smith. Dunno why but it does. I love this song though....

4 -Never Let you Go - Third Eye Blind - You see.... this is hard. The last couple songs haven't really reminded me of anything... But this song makes me want to ride my bike if that helps.... and the guitar is really cool.... Maybe Christian cuz Pandora told me he likes the artist....

5 - My Hero - Foo Fighters -I dunno.... this sounds like something me and Dustin would listen to though.... but I really like this song. Lauren, how did you come up with so many things? Gah! This is hard.

6 - Airplanes - B.o.B. - This song reminds me of Tiffany.... again. We always sing this song when it comes on the radio. Which is a lot. It also reminds me of Hayley Williams who I hope to be when I grow up. I love that girl.

7 - Almost - Bowling for Soup - This song always reminds me of a kid who used to live in my ward. His name was Matthew and he had the BEST taste in music. He also drew me a picture of a butterfly when we were little.

8 - Here (In Your Arms) - Hellogoodbye - This song reminds me of Melissa who used to be in my clogging class. She showed me this song. It also reminds me of Aaron Johnson because we danced to this at the sixth grade dance and he told me it was a "total make-out song."

9 - Be My Escape - Relient K - Relient K always me of Panda because he ACTUALLY KNEW WHO RELIENT K WAS! That was super awesome.

10 - Secrets - OneRepublic - SO LOVE THIS SONG! :) It reminds me of that Pretty Little Liars commercial it was always played on.

11 - Push -Matchbox 20 -Well Matchbox 20 always reminds me of this conversation me and JD had in a little diner-like resturaunt we ate at on a racing trip (we always eat places like that when we go racing). We were talking about music and he said they were probably his favorite band. Of all things to remember. It also reminds me of Koda and our amazing dancing.

12 -All We Are - Matt Nathanson - GORGEOUS song. This is one of those songs that you listen to on a bad day and you end up bawling for no reason... even though it's a happy song. I hope this happens to other people cuz I sound kinda crazy right now.

13 - I Don't Care - Apocalyptica - Dustin again. We listen to music a lot.....

14 - Hate (I Really Don't Like You) - Plain White T's - "Hate is a strong word but I really really really don't like you." This song reminds my of my sister's ex husband. Who I really really really don't like. The end. :) (Except for the part where it says all I wanted was your love. Not that part.)

15 - Seed -Sublime - Kali. Everything Sublime reminds me of her.

16 - The Quiet - We The Kings - Uhm.... another hard one. Awesome-ness? Romeo and Juliet probably cuz of Check Yes Juliet.

My Pandora is out of skips so this is taking SUPER long....

17 - New Soul - Yael Naim and David Donatien - Beautiful song.... Especially if you listen to the words. I wish I could sing like her. I love how you can hear her accent as she sings. I sing songs that come on the radio while I straighten my hair. So that's what it reminds me of. She's super pretty.

18 - Holes in Heaven - Jack Johnson - Whenever I listen to Jack Johnson I feel like I'm floating and it makes me feel super happy. So I really like him :) So it reminds me of flying and clouds and more corny stuff. I mean listen to me....

19 - Hey Soul Sister -Train - This kid who I met once who was singing this song and he was super little and super cute.

20 - Snow (Hey Oh) - Red Hot Chili Peppers - My FAVORITE song by them and trust me I love their guts..... This song just makes me wanna dance. And heaven knows I'm not a dancer. So.... mass destruction? I dunno.
